Louis Latour ChardonnayThe Ardche appellation includes the western banks of the Rhne River, encompassing part of the Northern Rhne vineyards while also dipping into the western section of the Southern Rhne. This Chardonnay comes from Louis Latour, who ages the wine for 10 months in oak barrels made by its own in house cooperage. Expect lightly toasty peach, pear and apple notes and pair with grilled pork chops.
